Clear Sky Funding/Tim Green
This is NOT a real company. Clear Sky Funding is a money scamming company. It has not been in service since 2005. The website was created in 11/2014. They are not located in Diamond Bar, CA. Tim Green actual locationis PA. He uses Google Numbers to hide behind the company.
He will be nice to you until he got your money, then no calls or very little and vague informations.
The company that he set up for you to hand over your money is National Growth Systems with Western Credit Union Bank.
He also works with Kiopani international fund which supposely runs by Harris Arnfield AKA Brandon Watson (check out his ripoff report).
Tim will claim that he works with a lot of partners and if one is not good, he works on another. Well I am not sure of that. I have not gotten any answers for him yet.

WHere is the fund when I ask for you to fill out the form with your Legal Address, Government ID Legal Name, and Real number instead of Google Number and the Registered Company name?

Clear Sky Funding belongs to Isaac John Miller. His wife name is Kayoung Cho Miller may be known as Amy Miller.
Professional Con Artist couple.
Now if you call up Clear Sky Funding, presumely Alvin Matsuura is answering. Do NOT believe a single word.
He is from Iowa. She is from Korean Family. IT is really sad to have a daughter like this. Parent came to this country as immigrant, have to work hard and this is what they get in return.

We have explained to this individual daily that we were sick in the office and everything is on track. However, she wanted it done faster, and we were trying but there was a cold virus this week in the office. We have communicated with her daily explaining this and rather than understanding what she signed, she comes up with these false claims. We are now processing a refund for this client.
Our funding is always preformed in the agreed upon time according to the fee agreement the client signs and we give regular updates.
