I have a copy of an agrement from the company stating I have unlimited 3g and 4 g usuage for $40 a month theen this month 10/2013 they charged me $264.70 for 3 g usage stating that I never had unlimited use i showed my paper shoing I was told I did when asked if they had anything staing that I did not or that I agreed to this "new billing' they refused to answer. I would be happy to show anyone my evidence that would like to see it. I also have airline tickets as well as bank charges that show I was not home for over 3 weeks of the 1 month time they state I used $264.70 of 3g use. they refused to deal with the bank rep they refused to give me an American phone number stating they only have no office in the states I do not believe this I was also told they do not give out names of managment for me to contact.

you clearly did not read this or even look at the picture or you would have seen I have UNLIMITED service they agreed that i have unlimited service yet charged me $264 regardless and no refuse to return the mony they took from my account

If your talking home internet service, you probably got your wifi hacked by someone who lives near you. Its a very common issue actually. Sometimes thet use a password cracking program. Make your wifi password more secure. Reguardless though, you are still responsable for the usage even if you were not there. They will point out in your contract how its YOUR responsability to secure your wifi so this doesnt happen. You might get them to drop some of it by pleading theft.
