Upon inquiring about service through Clear I was checking on-line for their prices. I saw a deal that stated that if you ordered on-line that you get a free visa gift card of 100$. I called in because I was having issues with the website and told the rep that I was interested in ordering on-line so that I could take advantage of the deal. She said I would still get the deal If I spoke to her. I requested the cheapest device. She stated that in order for me to obtain signal I would need to purchase the higher device for my area. I purchased it. I also purchased a line for my mother.

Since receiving the devices I have had one to two bars of service. I call in to complain and I am told that my lines were going to be monitored and that I would be called back in two hours. I was told that I was a canidate for signal strength realignment because I received poor signal at all times. A week goes by and I have heard nothing. I request a chat rep online for my next communication.

I am upset but agree to restart the process only they want to start from the very beginning. I chose to chat online this time around because my first two calls went to India. I thought that if I checked in through online chat that I would get a more competent or that I could be more competent with an English speaking individual because it felt like the reps were not knowledgable regarding their products nor ever made a genuine effort to fix the issue. I chat with a rep who shows no concern, pastes pre determined replies. I get the call escalated to a Sup who stated that my signal is what it is and that there is no resolve in no uncertain terms. 

They predatorily sold me the devices knowing that I would have poor signal just so I am sure this girl could get a sales boost, It hasnt worked right since I've gotten them and every payment has been on time, they made no effort to resolve the situation and when asked for at least half of credit, the visa gift card or a return label I was denied on all counts. This is a horrible company with horrible customer serice and over all bad business practice. 

Do not purchase service from them. You will waste your money and be completely unhappy with the service.
