I was stupid enough to sign up for this free credit reporting service in April 2004.My credit card was charged $49.95 and it is now November.I have never seen a credit report from this company and I know there is a pending lawsuit.It takes about a month for them to respond to an email but I do have one that says that they no longer provide credit reports.HELLO??!!That's what they advertize.I am now trying to get a refund with no luck.Do not waste your money.
