On September 15, 2017, I ordered Envie/Allese facial care products advertized as a trial sample for the cost of $9.87 S&H.  I did not check any boxes for any additional charges or shipments.  Shorty after placing the order, i received a call verfifying the order and asking for my credit card number again saying my card did not go through.  I refused to give him my card info and while the man was on the phone with me, I verified that the charges were already pending on my credit card.  I also verified with him that I did not sign up for any auto-shipments and he said there wouldn't be any.

Order was processed and mailed on September 16, 2017 and I received the product about a week later.  I used the product but was not pleased with it.

On September 29, 2017, I saw a pending charge on my credit card for Clearly Young for $98.63.  I called them immediately and told them that I did not want the product and said that I had not authorized the order.  I was told that I had agreed that if I did not call them within 14 days of the orginial order on September 15, 2017, that they would charge me for the sample order that I had received.  When I got upset and the agent #353 hung up on me.

I called back and got another agent (#245 named Liz) that said the best she could do for me is discount the price by 50% and I would receive an email confirming that. I pointed out that I was within the 14-day timeline she had stated and should receive a full refund which  and she replied the 50% discount was the best she could do.  I asked for a confirmation number and she said she would email the confirmation showing the discount.

When I didn't receive the email within minutes of the conversation, I called back and an agent #353 confirmed that they had emailed me a confirmation to winnelaine@q.com  (my correct email) for a refund of $49.31.   She said she could not resend the email and I have yet to receive iI.  I also asked the agent #353 to send me  the agreement that I supposedly agreed to and she said that was not available and directed to tryenvie.com\v14\ but the URL was not found.  I was also told that I couln not return the product for a refund because I had used it.

In short, I would like a full refund.  When I called to donfront them, in their own words they stated that I had 14-days to let them know I wasn't happy with the product and I fell within that 14 days of notification (9/15/17 to 9/29/17.)
