Cleopatra Hotel Apartments I was scammed of 400€ and ruined my Holiday Ayia Napa Nationwide

Mr. Christos the owner of this hotel is a well know fraudster in Ayia Napa have a been told be different businesspersons in this area. So i did learn the hard way and was scammed of 400€ of a promised 1 bedroom good standard apartment that i was shown before and made a rental contract, well on the time for move in the apartment was already have an tenant from Russia that day, and Mr Christos was telling me that is was a double booking mistake yeah Right, ! and it was only for a day or so.. And he show me the only room he had available at that point  a disgusting room of no class what so ever in the near area as i have no place to go and this was "only" for 1 or 2 days, after 1 week+ and every day was a promise that the apartment would be ready for me "lies lies lies" and to an end that a booked a flight ticket to my home country and Mr Christos was promise a refund for the cancellation of my rental agreement , And the 3 last days before my flight leaves Cyprus he made promises to meet me and handle me the refund money with no show up and no response on his mobile phone or be to be contacted at his office. so the last hours before i moved out he still not showed up and i was writing a note of my bank details on a paper at his office and still no refund was made. so of course this was a well planed Scam and i think many more customers have been targeted. Also i saw Russians on daily basis get targeted on dual pricing stings from this man at his Hotel. There were also a couple of staff workers from England that had problem with this guy at the same time i was staying there and a couple of angry Russians that not get there rooms in time of there bookings. Extremely poor managed and the owner very difficult to get to, only him that handle the rooms.

This is my worst Hotel experience ever after been to hundreds Hotel world wide.. So stay away from this Hotel or get your Holiday ruined.
