Click Bank ripoff played games for three months and then said I was to let for a 60 refund Boise Idaho

On July 3,2005 I bought an e-book on-line. The author of the book is Dean Rankins, he uses click bank to recieve the payments. Dean Promises a sixty day refund, if you do not have a perfectly well behaved dog. I didn't even wait sixty days it was four weeks. I wrote requesting a refund. I get an e-mail back from click bank and they tell me that I need to provide all this information and I'll hear back within 1-2 business days.

Well I didn't hear back, so I again wrote and requested a refund, once again I was told I would hear back with in 1-2 business days. Well they have been playing this game until this morning Nov. 22, 2005, when they e-mailed me stating that there is a sixty day guarantee and because the sixty days is up they are not going to refund my money.

Now, $47.77 really is not a whole lot of money but I work to hard to be treated the way click bank has treated me. Click bank kept playing this game so they would not have to refund my money.

How many people have gone through this with click bank? Is it enough for a class action lawsuit? I am fed up with business that operate in such an unethical manner and they need to be stopped.
