The item I purchased was.....Dual King Size Memory Foam Adjustable Bed
Built in Massage. 10" luxurious Memory Foam Mattresses on ebay.

The agreed upon price was $1900....I was sent an invoice. This was paid on JAN. 31, 2008-
I was told that my bed was shipped on Feb. 1, 2008 and would take 10 days at most...I did not recieve the bed until 3 weeks later. I had the beds put up, I noticed the remotes were not set up for massage. I emailed seller and tried to get things settled. I finally came to realize that the beds had no massage!!
I contacted the seller again and and asked how he would fix this mistake. He agreed to send me some cheap vibraters to put under mattress. This was supossed to be an adjustable bed with built-in massage. I emailed the seller several times and began to investigate. After more emails and the only response I got was that i send the bed back at my expense and he would send another with massage, and i would have to pay shipping for that too; or he would refund my money when i shipped the bed back to him.....
I am disabled and cannot afford those options, plus i would have no bed to sleep on... I decided to contact some of his other customers. They too had had similar problems. I also found out that the ergo mattress he advertised was a cheap knock-off made in China. I have not been able to recover any of my money, nor a replacement. By the way, this was not paid for by insurance or disability, but out of my own pocket. I would appreciate any help, or advice.
