I bought a cartridge from them last summer (2008) and when I went to install it, there was a problem and it wouldn't fit in my printer (this was later confirmed by a store that said there was a problem with the cartridge).

I called and explained my situation and I was told that a new cartridge would be sent to me and I could use the box to send the old one back. It never came. I called and was told it was on its way. It never came. I called and was told it was on its way. It never came. This continued for months. Every time I called I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who "just couldn't understand what had happened".

Finally, I needed to print some stuff so I bought a new cartridge in town. I continued to try and deal with someone named Ben Bohannon who claimed that if I sent the cartridge back, they would refund my money. So, I sent it back. Guess what? No refund and no more responses to my emails.

So, bottom line: I got ripped off for $65 by this company.

They have not improved and I would highly recommend that anyone who reads this purchase their printing products from another company.

DO NOT GIVE CLICK2INK YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY LIKELY TO RIP YOU OFF.

Refund Was Returned by post office -

Jonathan,

We sent you a replacement cartridge per our return policy:

"Ben,

I received a package today.  It had another cartridge in it.  I don't expect that I'll need another cartridge for another 4 - 5 years, so this doesn't do me a whole lot of good.  I was expecting just a label.  So now I have 2 extra cartridges, 2 boxes for shipping, and 2 labels, but apparently one of the labels is wrong?

jonathan"

You were not satisfied with that solution so I paid to have the replacements- (we sent TWO different cartridges to you) picked up from you and returned back to me.  So you bought one cartridge and agreed to our terms and condtions which state we will replace but not refund to you.  IN ADDITION, I paid two shipping fees.  To go the extra mile we did refund your money.  A check was mailed to you at the Canyon Blvd. address and ot was returned to sender marked:
"MOVED LEFT NO ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD"

Jonathan,

If we were in business to rip people off why would we go through the trouble of sending you a replacement AND a check??
