Click2win ripoff, non payment of winnings, deadbeat, Scam Artist! Internet

I won one of the click2wins tournaments on a free chip in June of 2003 for $100.
They sent me the forms to fill out, and I called and asked them if I could fax them back since there was a fax number listed on the papers. They said sure no problem. After waiting until September for a check, I finally emailed them and ask them what the hold up was, to which they replied that I was not allowed to fax in my forms, they had to be mailed. They said I still had time to mail them in, which I did. I am still waiting for my money, and have written them several emails asking what the hold up is. They will not respond. They send me emails everyday with the winners names listed trying to get me to buy chips and play again. Why on earth would I pay them for more chips to play with when they surely wont pay their winners? I highly recommend people to stay clear of this site, and definately dont give them any money.
