Clickbank - Software Doctor i paid for 2 sites and carnt use either 1 of them Boise Idaho

i bought onlinepublicrecords search.com, i paid $45.51. i could not access any australian records with this site, i emailed them to ask for a refund on that site. they emailed me back to say they will find the person i was looking for.i didnot want them to search for me as i am doing my family tree and need to look up many different names.havent received any for emails from them concerning that site.

i then paid $22.34 for the australian record site , i cannot use that site because my email address is the same as the onlinepublic records search .com. i cannot use either site so i emailed them and asked for a refund for both sites. i have sent 7 emails and have had no response from them. i have been ripoff for$67.85.

if they give me my refund for the first site i can then use my email address for the second site .
please help me to get my refunds back.
