On August 10th and 11th, 2007 I attended seminar presented by CLICKINCOME. The presentation sounded good, on the surface, but when I got home I started thinking that what they were offering was little more than a pyramid scheme. So I opted to quit CLICKINCOME. In accordance with the agreement I signed I had 3 days to quit and receive my $4094 back. I sent them a certified letter within the time limit. I received (on my answering machine) a phone call from an Adam at CLICKINCOME but he hung up before he finished the message. I tried calling back but (I was number 2 in line) after waiting an hour and a half I gave up. I tried again today (Sept. 14) and got through in less than 5 minutes (today I was number 1 in line) but no Adam. I left a message on his answering machine. They have had my money for over a month now and refuse to return it. I believe that demonstrates CLICKINCOMEs honesty. I have all of their junk here ready to return, as soon as I (1) get my money refunded and (2) get the return address labels.

Client received refund after following correct return procedures.

AUTHOR: Clickincome - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 14, 2008

According to this clients records we received a cancellation letter on 08/21/2007.

On 08/30/2007 we sent out a product remittance letter requesting that they return their merchandise.

On 10/10/2007 we received the client's product and approved their refund. Our refund policy on their contract clearly states that refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the product.

On 10/19/2007 the client was mailed a check issuing a full refund inside their 30 business days.

I am unsure as to why the client is under the impression that our company is "little more than a pyramid scheme." Clickincome offers education, training, and tools for small, medium, and large e-commerce businesses. We have no relation with MLM or Pyramid Schemes.

If the client has any additional questions or concerns we would be glad to resolve them.

I got my money back

I finally wrote to the Utah Attorney General's office. It turns out that ClickIncome was being indicted for fraud by them. Through the AG's efforts I received a check from ClickIncome. Thank goodness for the AG. I never did get a call back from ClickIncome - perhaps their phones were disconnected.
