Ink Ripoff,

  I purchased 12 ink cartridges from clickinks.com on May 5, 2014. After receiving them they did not fit and wanted a refund. On 5/20/2014. I returned the inks to them totalling $59.22 I followed up with them on 6/16/2014, 6/20 2014, and 6/25/2014 and still no return of my money. They promised my twice that the money would be in my account and it was not. On my call at 6/25/2014 they said it would be in my account no later than 6/27/2014. I would like to add that the wait time on the phone is anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. Any service that takes this long to answer their phones and issue a refund by more than 30 days is in my opinion not worth dealing with. I'm done with CLICKINKS.COM
