This man is sick and needs to be exposed. Met him in Monterey at local pub and he was drunk and was bragging about his work as a xray tech, when women came in for a brest axam he would take picturs of then on his iphone with out there knowledge, he even showed me the photos what a sick person. Any woman who has bee to the Monterey Bay Urgent Care should call then and report any strange requests . tom, monterey, calif

This is an obvious attempt to get revenge on me for posting a legitamate ripoff, since I had won a court case and is on record as such.
First let me dispel this bogus report. 1. My employment does not even offer the service of breast exams. 2. If they did, they would not use a male to do so. 3. All patient in xray wear covering, most the time their own clothes! 4. It's ludicrous to think that I could actually hold a phone in front of a patient and focus the camera and take a picture without them noticing! Rediculous!
The person states his name is Tom, from King City. Well, the guy I sued was Robert Kirkland, of King City, and he had threatened to do this very attack to me before. This guy already stole my money, and is angry because I exposed him, so he is looking to attack me with an illegal defamatory accusation.
Not only that, he brings in my employers, who have nothing to do with this. Who is really the sick person? A guy who wont accept responsibilty for his theft of my money, and then would like to destroy me in the process for complaining about it.
Ive been a professional tech for 18 years, I know better then to behave in such a way. Shame on you Bob, for posting this especially as another person.
I should post ALL the lies I have from you from all the people Ive interviewed regarding your behavior with them. I dont because they are too ashamed to come here themselves.
