Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Clinton Estavilla, in early 2010, stabbed Juan Gomez Martinez, who was a former customer of Colan Products (the company Estavilla works for) because he complained about the unsatisfactory nature of what was promised, as opposed to what was delivered (The buildings products were sub-par and Gomez asked for a refund).

Clinton Estavilla inadvertently bumped into Gomez in Coogee, Sydney, and glassed him, resulting in massive facial injuries. Clinton Estavilla was imprisoned and given a criminal record because of his actions.

I suggest people stay away from Colan Products, and in particular, Clinton Estavilla, a sales executive for the company.

Attached is a newspaper clipping of the incident and a photo of Clinton Estavilla.

Clinton Estavilla Bad Mannered With A Tendency Towards Intimidation Tactics

AUTHOR: Timothy English - ()

Clintin Estavilla is an unscrupulous individual who personally tried to use intimidation tactics against me when I also complained about the quality of the building material provided. I've had difficult dealings with him in my previous dealings with Colan products.

Right now Clinton is engaging in damage control, and has created a multitude of fake blogs so as to prevent consumers from finding out about his dubious past when doing a google search. He is in effect trying to drown this rip off report, that provides crucial information about his personal history, so consumers can make the right choice when dealing with Colan products or Clinton Estavilla.

Currently Clinton is involved in the fabrics business, and I've heard that he exploits third world impoverished children by outsourcing the production of fabrics to countries like India and China. This is one of the numerous blogs he has created to drown out this report:

Steer clear of this man if you don't want to be dissapointed.

#2 General Comment

Evidence does not support these claims.

AUTHOR: Hmm Isthat-So - (Australia)

While there is no debating a serious incident occurred involving these two men and Mr Estavilla was convicted of glassing Mr Juan Gomez Martinez there are substantial claims made in this report that are not supported by any legal documentation or transcripts. Nowhere, in any of the court reports or police statements, is there any reference made to a stabbing, nor is there any reference made to the company Mr Estavilla worked for or a previous interaction between the two men. Prior to this report there has never been any claim made at all that there was any prior link between the two men or the company that imployed Mr Estavilla.

Mr Estavilla has been found guilty of the incident in a court of law and has subsequently been incarcerated as punishment. Despite this legal outcome the victim seems to feel that this is not punishment enough for a young man, who court transcripts support, made a stupid and impulsive decision to throw a punch while still holding a glass.

On reading court transcripts of the incident one will notice that it occurred in very different circumstances to those described in both this report and the attached newspaper article. Considering this is the first time in the history of this incident that any connection is made between Mr Juan Gomez Matinez and Mr Estavilla's employer one must really question the motivation for this report.
