After purchasing a unlimited download plan for my ipod I was unable to download any music or video free of charge. I contacted apple and they were unaware of any such purchase plan associated with ITunes. There is no where in the I tunes store that will except the user name and password supplied by this vendor. The internet address supplied on there confirmations are very vague and some don't even exsist.
