As others have reported I ordered a clock kit which I was going to build for Christmas but it hasn't arrived and I can get no response either via phone or email from the company. My CC was charged immediately and an email was received stating that the kit was "awaiting shipment" but this was 2 weeks ago and as I previously stated repeated attempts to contact the company have failed.
