I sent this letter to agencies for action to be taken because no one will give me info.

Letter of Complaint

Jose',
I have sent this e-mail to various Internet fraud government agencies. Please be advised that I named your company who Andy Anderson of http://hostgecko.com and http://clonemonster.com does business with.
I am in no way stating that your company is involved with this person except for him using your services and that an agency might be able to collect required information from your files if they wish to pursue the complaint.
No one will provide me with Andy Andersons Address, Tax ID, DBA or real phone number so I can provide the agencies with more info.
Below is the Complaint Citing Fraud and Embezzlement.

I wish to register a complaint about a company that resides in Vancouver or Vancouver Island BC.
I know he rents Internet server space with TailorMadeServers.Com - Dallas Dedicated Servers since 2003 joseq@tailoredservers.com
Company Owner of Websites: Andy Anderson
Phone numbers listed are on Skype: 1-778-992-0006 (He will not answer)

He has a company web site PayPal Account with the user name support@clonemonster.com that collects payments from orders over the Internet.

He also offers his own hosting service http://hostgecko.com

This is all the info I could collect.

Complaint:

I paid for 3 web site scripts and 6 months hosting @ $80 month in advance for a dedicated server to place my web sites in May 2011.
I also paid $150.00 in advance for work to be done on the web sites.

Total paid to him was $1,130.00

3 Payments: /// 05/25/2011= $660 /// 05/26/2011= $150 /// 05/31/2011= $320

To date I could not get him to service my hosting/server so I can add modules to the root/SSH. He also promised to finish up adding language to my YayBoy.com web site with a week. (That was on 05/26/2011) It has been over 2 months now. I paid another to do the work instead.
BUT he did not and will not reply to my request via Skype and e-mail. He also will not answer his phone.

I finally got frustrated and moved my sites in July 2011 for non-compliance of services rendered.

I sent him an e-mail via the HostGecko.com hosting/server web site to cancel the hosting service and requested a refund of the outstanding balance of $320.00 for the remaining 4 months of 6 months service I paid in advance and $150.00 for services not done. He did not and will not reply.

I Also sent in a web site ticket on www.hostgacko.com but got a reply from HostGator.com stating that they are not affiliated with hostgecko.com and that it seems Andy Anderson cloned there web site and put his company name http://HostGecko.com and graphics on there web site template
(with a few changes).

Andy Anderson left some of the links to http://hostgator.com on his own web site and that's how hostgator.com got my ticket.

To date Mr. Anderson will not reply to my refund request totaling $470.00.

I have also asked him to take down my web sites from his www.clonemonster.com web site. The "Demo's" that he shows on his web site belong to me and the person that built them. He doesn't even own them or allowed to use them.

But I found that he took back-up files of mine off of the server (that he owns).

Basically Mr. Andy Anderson has committed Fraud and Embezzlement and stolen products that do not belong to him.
I found that others have registered a complaint with the BBB but when I try to, it will stop me from doing so.
PLEASE.... Look into Mr. Andy Anderson's business practices. He will continue ripping of innocent consumers.
He truly believes that he is above the law and that no one will investigate him.
I also ask that you pass this e-mail along to the proper criminal authorities of Canada and the USA. He does business globally.

Hello,

Hostgecko.com is a blatant clone of Hostgator.com. It's in no way affiliated with us, however the copying is so horrible that many of the links within the site go back to us. That's why you're getting our support system instead of theirs.
Based on what I saw browsing that site, I doubt they even have a support system at all. I've passed this up the chain for further investigation though.

I GAVE NOTICE TO HOSTGECKO.com and ANDY ANDERSON on 07-25-2011
I have pulled my web sites off of the HOSTGECKO.com hosting/dedicated server so I can get better service. I request a refund of $320.00 remaining for payment in advance for 6 months hosting.
(Minus 2 months service of the 6 months was provided) and $150.00 for services not provided since I paid for them on May 26, 2011
That is a total of $470.00 due and payable within 24 hours of this date.
Note: Cancellation due to NO SERVICE FROM THE PROVIDER (s) and SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Also listed in the complaint is using my web page's as a "demo" on your business web site www.clonemonster.com
You must take my web sites off your company web site immediately.
Entered Notice this day of 07-25-2011 / 1424 hours
Send Refund Payment within 24 hours of this notice.
