Closeout Genius Lied to me about the order and delivery of a product. Internet

Closeout Genius allowed me to purchase the GPS unit that I wanted. Then a day following they called me at my business and offered me to buy an SD card to go along with the GPS. The price of the SD card they wanted to sell me was 129.99 and they were giving me 70 dollars off the original 199.99. After i said no to the card and the other accessory the man abruptly hung up the phone on me. The phone call occurred at 1:50 p.m..

I then received an email at 1:57, almost exactly 24 hours after the initial purchase was made, telling me that the product had been put on a 3 week back order. I called the company twice. On both occasions the "men" on the phone were very rude with me telling me that it was put on back order. So I began to argue with the guy on the first call about the validity of what they had done, and he hung up on me and canceled the order.

I am going to be monitoring my bank account very closely, I don't want to change the number yet, because this is the only online purchase I have made and I want to see how far these guys will push the envelope. All in all, as a business owner myself i think that these guys should be put out of business and prosecuted for false advertisment.

They will claim that they have not done anything wrong by essentially placing a backorder on the product. But if I had the money to throw around I would like to sit on the order forever and see what they would end up doing. Probably claim it go lost in the mail or something. Frauds.
