My wife and I bought Class A motorhome from Clovis R V back on aug. 15th 2005 We were told we were buying a brand new motorhome and as we were checking the motorhome out we noticed things wrong with the coach ie.a 4inch gash in the drivers seat they cleverly hid on the first mini tour of lies through the coach.
Anyway the sales people assured me and my wife that the dealer could not sell us the coach without fixing it as new wich they promised to do by saturday this was tuesday. they never fixed it not by aug. 21st.2005 and not by mar 28th 2006 It has been in the shop a total of four times and none of them will fix it.
I evan spoke with the home office at gulf stream the maker of the coach but i never got any help from them. Workhorse chassis has a recall on the chassis and brakes and requried me to have them fixed or it would void my warranty.I kept taking the coach the shop but they never fixed it evan though they told me and my lawyer it was fixed it wasnt then I would have to take it back to the shop which it has been in now for a documented four months and two weeks out of approx.8 months of ownership please dont buy from clovis rv and if a lawyer can help please contact us any help will be welcomed
