CLS Trial James @ CLS Trial I spoke to James to cancel my order. Twice I called to ask for a confirmation email. James was not only rude, I could hear him washing dishes. There was a woman in the background on the phone trying to convince someone, no money was deducted from their bank account. James hung up on me. Denver Colorado

when I received my shipment of Garcinia Cambogia and Colon Cleanser, the packing slip read, if you are not happy with product cancel within 14 days from today to avoid the purchase price of $99.95 and enrollment in the auto shipment program. 

I immediately calledl 888 497-1319 and spoke with James. I became very suspicious when he did not ask for my order or customer number. he asked me my name and told me my order would be cancelled. I asked him for a confirmation number and he said I would receive an email. I called him back 24 hours and 48 hours later because I did not receive a cancellation email.

I called back a third time to talk to a supervisor or manager. The telephone rang, someone picked it up and I assuming layed itbon a desk.  I could hear somebody doing dishes in the background and water running. There was a female in the background on the telephone trying to convince someone that her debit card was not going to be charged. the phone was picked up and it was a male voice I asked if it was James again.  he said yes and I told him it was me again. he got mad and told me to check my spam and he hung up on me.

Who does that???
