My wife and I have recently sat through a Travelloga  high-pressure sales pitch at Ft. Lauderdale Beach Place Mall. We were told that with their travel club membership they could offer great discounts on travel accommodations anywhere we wanted to go. It was already suspicious when the sales person dropped the price to $3,000 for the same package after we told him we could not afford $9,000 in a matter of minutes, but we still got trapped into this "Deal",  paid the fee and signed a contract. They give you all the wonderful examples while you are there and paint an amazing picture. The pressure to sign on the spot is just incredible. They clearly know what buttons to push, what questions you are going to ask and they have answers prepared for those questions. However, once we got home, we found that the prices they offered were not any better than what we could find on our own through Expedia, Travelocity, etc. or even the hotels or condos own website. In a lot of cases we actually found better prices.  Of course the benefit of going direct with the travel or resort websites is that they do not charge you yearly fees and make you waste $3,000 upfront for nothing. Travelloga offers little to no value. Also, all their "short term" condos are junk, and virtually unavailable in any popular location. we have paid them for absolutely nothing. I am convinced that this company misrepresented their services and are running a scam. They even tell you that they have been in businesses for years and have thousands of members, when in reality it is a new fly-by-night shop. I would not be surprised if we find an empty office there tomorrow. Do not let them rip you off and if you have been victims to this like we were, contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.

First, let us apologize if you felt you were high pressured. We are very diligent in letting our guest know that we are NOT a high pressure sales company. We are well aware that our product is not for everyone thus, we accept no just as gracefully as we accept yes.  For those people who like the program, can use it and most importantly can afford it, we do put our best foot forward to earn their business and offer extra incentives at the time of the presentation.  Most importantly, at the presentation we are able to customize the membership to fit the guest lifestyle thus the reason for the price difference. As far as the prices, we have available for our members some of the best prices in the travel industry, however should you find a better price on the same travel package and occasionally this may happen, you as a member are protected with our price match guarantee  please refer to the member kit).  

Should you need any assistance in the future with your travels please contact us directly and we would be more than happy to assist you.

On a final note, we are disappointed we are reading this on line since we do not have any record of you contacting customer service with your dissatisfaction, after looking through our records we are unable to locate any new members by the name you have provided, and we do not have nor have we had any credit card disputes.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us, please contact us for further concerns.
