Club WPT Their online gambling program that doesn't cost you a dime playing poker does. It encourages buying additional chips and then cheats you out of those chips. Los Angeles California

Signed up for Clup WPT where on TV they calim you "Never spend a dime playing poker ever"

Once signed up they inform you to really get any benefit or chances at winning prizes you must be a VIP Member which does cost much more than a dime. Still seems reasonable until you realize that you have to spend more to get the level of chips needed to find any real players. Ok I'm getting sucked in and I am willing to spend a little for entertainment and good competition. But then on 2 seperated occasions had the unfortunate experience of signing up for no holdem tournaments and not being invited to the table and losing my buy-in. Went to their on-line Chat to complain and got no help. So I have called to have my membership canceled which they say they have done. Will be checking CC to make sure. The following is the transcript of the chat conversation with their "charming" support staff:

Kavya: Currently balance in your account is 636225

Mike: On the one I unregistered from that is correct

Mike: But twice I did not unregister and was not credited

Kavya: You have unregistered 3 times

Mike: Which is 200,000 less than it should be

Mike: The first time this happened was last week

Mike: I registered and was not invited to the table until I was already down to under 300 chips

Mike: Right now I should be registered in a tournament because I did not unregister from a 6 hand 100000 byin but did have the chips subtracted with no

invite to the table

Kavya: I am sorry but the points are correct . If you wish to verify I may send you a copy of game transactions

Mike: Your program is buggy and is lousing members chips

Mike: losing

Kavya: I am sorry we do not have any problems as such

Mike: When a client says you have problems you should listen

Mike: I am a programer and you do have problems

Mike: Especially when people have low bandwidth conections

Kavya: I have checked your account points are correct

Kavya: If you wish to verify I may send you a copy of game transactions

Mike: No refresh capability is a major progam deficite

Kavya: Is there anything else would you like to know?

Mike: You can send me a copy and you will find 2 games where I was sitting out

the whole game or almost the whole game because I was never invited to the table

Mike: Clients who make claims should have those claims honored unless they are doing it repeatedly

Kavya: I apologize for the inconvenience caused. If this happens next time I

request you to log out and log back in immediately and our software will

Kavya: take you to your tables automatically.

Kavya: I am sorry but we will not be able to add any Play chips

Mike: I tried that the first time but by then had almost no chips left

Mike: And you just admitted you do have a problem

Mike: That the solution is logging out and logging back in

Mike: That is a bug

Kavya: If your not connected you have to logout and relogion

Kavya: If there is a problem SNG will be cancelled

Kavya: All players will be effected

Mike: Will post this conversation on the sites that are set up to complain about your lack of positive response.

Kavya: I am sorry to hear that as I said we will not be able to add any Play chips

Mike: You need to inform somebody in marketing that your type of negative response will have a negative effect on your service

Mike: Not at all what your guys on the poker tournaments say when they say will not cost you anything ever

Mike: just cost me $2

Mike: And would cost you nothing to keep a happy costomer

Kavya: I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Mike: An apology is not suficient. Will go back to Zynga
