I am an aspiring mason, my grandpa was a mason, and my father was an eagle scout, I belive in a brotherly/neighborly moral code and mutual respect along beings of all walks of life. I feel I have been violated by the way this company terminated my employment and I want to share my experience, insight, and angry rants about this company and the people behind it.

Former driver for them, first off there is too many chiefs and too little indians and second, these people are disgusting individuals. The day they fired me was a friday before my birthday, they had a bridal show on sunday (my birthday) which I cleared out family events so I could work for them that entire weekend (had no problem working my birthday, gotta pay the bills) at 11am that friday they gave me a birthday cake and told me happy birthday.

I went on my deliveries and returned then finished my shop duties and had asked if there was anything left to do I was told to come have a talk in the office. They gave me the excuse "your just not a good fit" then let me go. I thought in the professional world if you are not satisfied with how an employee is performing an employer would notify them of their lack and try to work on any problem unless the employee has already been notified of their lack in performance and clearly doesnt wanna change his/her act to keep their job.

Heres a little insight on who runs this place Carolyn (owner) and Shelly (manager) are good friends, alcoholics and can often be seen at the wine bar next door or in the back of the shop with a bottle of Ezra Brooks and a 2-liter of 7up. Their main driver whom they have kept for several years is addicted to cocaine and has a routine of consuming it in the bathroom right before she gets to cleaning around the shop. Lastly they re-use flowers from other arrangements particularly flowers from their old marriott hotel arrangements, enjoy a little insight on this company.

For some more background, the job I had before was highway-side landscaping (driving a tractor and weedeating in hot Texas heat) so this job was a walk in the park to me. I often found myself completing my duties way too early (even if I tried to spread them out) and would be scouring the shop for things to do. Yet when I had plenty of tasks to do seemed like the time the ladies would burden me with all sorts of work they had in mind but never communicated with each other what was going on

so I found myself getting yelled at by lets say "A" for what "B" told me to do. Class A example of too many chiefs too little indians. But I had no problem with doing any of it, I like to stay busy and am always up for a challenge. These ladies took advantage of my kindness and hardworking ethic then out of the blue cast me out in the street. I recommend not working for them if given the opportunity and would push for a boycott if it were appropriate and not just for spite.

I've probably got holes in this if I do call them out in a respectful manner, if you aren't happy with my grammar then big whoop, it's text it's legible and if you see a mispelled word sound it out and im sure you'll get what I was trying to say.
