CMI/PHS LLC Matthew Harris Hires to do property preservation and then refuses to pay Ranson, West Virginia

It starts with Matt placing an ad on Craigslist looking for subcontractors.  He then sends you thousands of miles and tons of work orders and talks to you like a dog.  Then when it comes time to pay he has every excuse in the book for not paying.  He will say something was wrong, carry items into a house you cleaned out and swear you didn't do it right or say you stole something from the house.  He continually talks about needing an accountant and lawyer to do work orders but will never allow you to talk with them.  While investigating, we have discovered over a dozen people has has scammed out of well over $100,000.  Do NOT do any work for him, he will not pay you and then tries to ruin your reputation.  He operates under several umbrellas and basically is the professor of NOTHING but fraud.
