 My wife saw on t.v. That this company could help modify home loans to avoid forcloser. I call the 800 #. A woman by the name of Adriana azoule called us back explained that she would  have to look into our property and see if we were eligible for this program. She later stated that we did in fact equilfy and needed a pay stub from my employer faxed to her. Every time i spoke with her she sounded very convincing. So I assumed i was dealing with a legit company. After faxing my pay stub to her. She called me back requesting a time i would be available for the "executive " to call and speak with me. I thought it to be weird that the so called executive did just call him self, but went on to tell her a time. She then called back to say she needed my mortgage papers. Upon faxing these items I receive a call from a man named Cesar. He told me that for the next three months i was going to pay out 2800.00 to him in around 900.00 payments per month. Then he would get my interest lowered on my mortgage. At this point he demanded my banking account and routing number. During this conversation I heard background noise of some few different people cursing at each other at this point I knew this was a bad deal. I told the gentleman I needed to talk to my wife first. He stated " why do you need to talk to your wife". He then became rude with statements like "no Don't call me I call you ' He was very unsettling. I hung up the phone.  Do not let this company fool you. They seemed very legit the whole time i was sending them my personal information. This is a ripoff.
