Coast to Coast Home Solutions scam, rip off, lost money, Internet

Coast to Coast Home Solutions took $3000.00 from us to modify our home loan beginning with $800 per month automatic withdrawel from our checking account from Nov. 2010 until March 2011.  We have been denied a loan modification from our bank last week and tried to contact Coast to Coast, but every phone number we called had a full voice mail.  We sent email messages and still no response from Coast to Coast.  Seems we've been scammed and we want our $3000.00 back as they stated it was GUARANTEED they would get the loans modified or we could get our money back.  We'd like to make contact with others about filing a law suit against this company to get our money back.  It is very sad that at a time in our lives when we were behind on bills and through the Christmas season that we had to go without in order to make our $800 monthly payment to Coast to Coast.  We got behind on all the bills because we were paying them and our kids would have had no Christmas at all if it were not for their Grandmother stepping in with her meager social security to help them have a Christmas this year.  God forgive these people for the trouble they have caused us and others.  They kept in good contact for a while and it seemed they were doing what we had paid them to do, but now we have no way of reaching them.  Have they gone out of business?  Hoping someone will contact us with helpful information.  We trusted this company and we even checked the Better Business Bureau where they had a B+ rating.  Now we can not trust BBB either!  They said it would take 3-4 months to get the loan modified and we were a "slam dunk" case.  Well, we began to get more concerned when 6 months passed and we kept getting told "another week and half" and "your loan is in the underwriting dept."  Now we're finding complaints on line about this company.  So sad ripping off people already having financial hardships.  Shame, shame on you Coast to Coast! You will answer to God one day. Thou shall not steal!
