Pointer Pools and Spas Inc. dba Coast to Coast Pools Inc of Sarasota, Fl. is being sued for Contract and Indebtedness . They are forced to remove a pool for shoddy construction. The pool was not built to the industry standards as stated in pending suit. see Sarasota County case Case Number 2010 CA 004734 NC.
Paul Gaetano, founder and former owner of Coast to Coast Pools is in NO WAY affiliated with this lawsuit.
Paul Gaetano is the owner of "Gaetano Pools Inc." Although he founded Coast to Coast Pools, he sold it over 6 years ago and the new owner subsequently sold to Pointer Pools and Spas a pool service company who is the defendant in the lawsuit. Paul Gaetano, Gaetano Pools inc. has NO part of said lawsuit. Paul Gaetano continues to build pools for the areas best home builders and takes pride in his reputation as one of the areas best pool builders. Paul Getano has been building pools in the Sarasota Manatee area and up and down the west coast of Florida for 30 years and has never been sued over any construction related matter. Paul Gaetano is the recipiant of many national and local builder awards.
