Coastal Marine Gangways James Tatler, Took money and delivered nothing Gilbert, Arizona

My answer to this nit wit is WOW.  First of all Einsien the name change was soley for web placement Coastal Marine Gangways is for just that.."GANGWAYS"

BLUEWATER TOPS AND TOWERS WAS INDEXED BETTER IN GOOGLE Then Arc-Tek Marine.If you look at my websites we do work for such companies as Shell Oil Corp U.S Army.U.S Coast Gaurd.

Moran Tugboat towing and the list goes on and on ...................we have over 400 gangway builds with 2 operating shops...1 in Gilbert,AZ AND 1 in Westbrook,CT.  The sole purpose of having to shops" Einsein" is to cater these Huge gangways to both coasts.

Problem with boat items are they are custom builds  "CUSTOM"  Guys like the one reporting this who is to Yellow to post his real name !! order 100% custom hand built towers for their boat and down the line they realize they don't have the money to pay the balance and they simply try to pull out leaving us hanging with welded up, bent up ,and shaped anodized pipe. These few small claims are boaters trying to bail out on custom work leaving us holding the bill.  This is why we got more into Large gangways . We deal with homeowners and corporations. Who have the money and the patience to wait for something custom built. Most of these boaters like to look the rich part but do not have dollar to their name. All my contracts state "TENTATIVE DATES" Could be a month..could be a year..  We are sometimes slow out of the gate but we always pull thru.  ALWAYS.

We refuse to give deposits back on custom built projects. Basically they think its OK to have me buy 1000.00 in material  , start bending , welding, etc etc then try to bail and ask for their deposit back.. Its nor right and I would not do it someone. When we have someone adsk for their deposit back we simply state it was used for their material and that they are more than welcome to come pick it up.

After all their deposit was used to purchase it

As far as a conviction? The corrupt town and police of Clinton, Ct tried for one of their friends.

Who is friends with a prosecutor. They are getting nowhere with it.. They don't have a case..We have all the pictures and receipts for this guys 3 tops we built I built this guy 3  count them "three" Tops in which he kept changing his mind.. Then after he wanted his deposit back.. NO WAY!!!!!!!  

Again, another example of people to try to get away with out paying. 

So with all this I wrote all I can say is 10 complaints out of a few thousand projects is pretty darn good..  I would say that is a pretty great trac record.. 

Any shop or buisness is going to get their share of idiots...The boating community just happens to have more than their share..  THATS A FACT

The fellow that wrote this is just one of those idiots that wants something for nothing..
