Ordered a small auto part that was said to be instock on August 11th 2016. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I emailed  info@coastaltoolsupply.com on August 30th:

"Can you please let me know the status of the below order? Thanks Rob" 

 

On August 30th I received: These are shipping 9-19-2016

 On Sept 27th 2016 still nothing so I emailed again and recevied no response. "Did this ship yet? Can you please send me a tracking number?"

 

Also If you call all of thier numbers no one every picks up. I was on hold for hours.
