Coates Field Services, Inc has agents that work on behalf of enties such as Oneok Pipeline, etc. In my case, their words and promises were never supported after countless failures causing my homestead to be turned into a 24/7 construction zone forever, inspite of what was agreed and promised by them.
DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING. ANYTHING. They mangled even the most minor things in my case. I should have seen the signs, now I pay everyday.
If reps from Coates Field Services, Inc come to you, get an attorney asap and all the assurances/details incorporated in the document that is signed and filed with County Clerk. Anything else coming from this group is possibly hot air and false promises all to get you to the point of signing the filed document. I am stopping just short of calling them hired CON ARTISTS for big oil and gas companies, but that is what it felt like... in my opinion and experience.
Please use your own judgment in proceeding with them... Posted here, just you know. It was important to me to post this because NOTHING, nothing, nothing they promised, or assured, or wrote down on an official looking form was ever done, or most importantly -- not enforceable -- with the company they were supposed to be representing.
