On July 2,2013 I was told to send tablet out to Coby Consumer Returns via UPS. I was told tablet would be looked at and decision would be made within 3 weeks if it was to be replaced or repaired. I sent four e-mails and one letter to the company about the tablet and never responded. I would like this matter rectified. Thank you
