Take him to small claims, you are one of many people ripped off by him in Lake Cowichan.
Go to the Duncan Court house and file for small claims court. Get him served.
It will cost you around a hundred bucks to file your claim against him.
Don't let him get away with it. If he ripped you off he should pay.
Thanks for letting the people in town here know about this creep. I live in Lake Cowichan and before you even posted on here, I had heard from people in the village not to hire him.
I will never have Code Contracting work on my house.
