Well he is back at it again. This guy is the biggest Fraud. I own my own web & graphic Design company and Timothy contacted me for some work. Do not do any work for him. He will either not pay you or pay you a small amount so you think you can trust him, then he will screw you over on a large bill. He will tell you that all is paid on a 15-30 day invoicing (its all bullshit) He doesn't use Paypal because of all of his so called identity theft issues.

He has a Chase Bank account to make payments so he did send me one small payment with Chase QuickPay because at one point I stopped doing the work since the bill was getting to high (but he moved recently and supposedly he is locked out of Chase bank for relocation reasons...?? but cant get the account back up and active...this guy thinks he is outsmarting people but its just pathetic excuses that makes you pissed off you ever believed him int he first place)

His other payments will never go through. He has attempted like 5 times. He will take screenshot pics of the so called wire transfers from his bank which never goes through. His e-checks never go through either. This guy is a professional scammer. Do not fall for it like I did. I read all the rip-off reports after I did the work for him. They are the exact same story. He gains people's trust and uses people's kindness and takes advantage of them. His site is not up because I designed I stopped designing in the middle of this whole chaos payment process. www.codepointcreative.com  If you are going to do work for this shady guy, get a down deposit first...it probably wont happen though.

He also is starting up a web hosting company called Araxo. Probably some kind of scam or could be legit. Anyways this guy cant be trusted. He finds his victims on Craigslist who will take any job.

I Designed The Icon Website

AUTHOR: Quynh - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 04, 2014

I'm sorry you were ripped off by him. I was the designer of the Icon website and was ripped off by him too. You can see the report I filed against Timothy here. If you search by his other name, Timothy Petty, apparently he has reports filed against him since 2008.

My site

Was one of the sites he had you working on Iconspecialtycoatings.com? I have paid in full for a kickass site and have jibberish on my home page, only half the pages promised, and am getting the runaround. I was promised this site back in March. What is the best thig to do? I have known Timothy since we were kids growing up on the same farm. Didn't realize he had turned into a lying theif in the last few years.

Tim, Timothy Lee, Code Point Creative Scammer

AUTHOR: Marcos - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 11, 2013

I had the same experience Shaun (previous writer) had. This guy, Timothy Lee (if that's his real name), owner of Code Point Creative, contacted me through a craigslist ad to do some web coding for him on 3 websites. Normally I do the 50% upfront and the rest at the end, but he convinced me to go the subcontractor route of doing the work and then get paid every 2 weeks due to his payroll procedures and the nature of the work that was on an update basis (little by little). It started as some small job for $150 and then some more and more until it reached $815.

Well, the day came when I was supposed to receive the check and nothing. Contacted him, and he told me that got delayed a couple of days, but it was already sent. Few more days and nothing. Called him to complain and he agreed to send me an online transaction (ACH) to Bank Account. I decided to give him another chance so I agreed. Another week passed and nothing... More excuses followed. Told him I would meet with him in person to get paid in cash and me give him some files he still needed since apparently his server crashed or got hacked, and he always had more excuses to avoid paying me.

This guy is 100% a scammer. Do not trust anything that has either of the following names in it: Tim Lee, Timothy Lee, Code Point Creative, Araxo.
