Summary,

My friend (Cody Press) needed money because he spent all of his money on his trip to the Dominican Republic. He asked for a loan because we was desperate. I was a witness to these events. He said, "I will give you an extra 50 dollars on top of what I owe you." Cody, assured me when he arrived home in the USA he would immediately pay me back within a month because he earned good money as a truck driver. Initially, I was only going to loan him $200. However, he pressured me for more money, assuring me he would pay me back. He had mentioned to me he was an army veteran and was honorably discharged. That he had fought in Afghanistan, and an honorable person. I took is word face value. That was a big mistake. He is a big con artist. I came to found out he has two baby's mamas, and another one on the way. 

In conclusion, I capped Cody at $525. In total, I loaned Cody $525 plus the $50 he promised to pay me for the service fee. I billed Cody an invoice and emailed him to which he acknowledged. I have countless whatsapp messages, audio, video, photos, and emails of interaction and correspondence with Cody concerning the loan he accepted. Up to this point, I have not heard anything from Cody. He does not corresponded to my countless emails, whatsapp messages, and calls. He is in breach of contract. He did not follow through with the contract he agreed to.
