Coldwater Creek has wrongfully fired over 5 associates that opened the store and were important in customer service and in profitably running the store. These associates all over the age of 54 were fired for various reasons which did not reflect their performance on the sales floor. PLEASE do not shop Coldwater Creek anywhere as they are discriminating against older long term employees.
