Cole Christopher Builders Scott Flanders Wired his 2 homes he had and didn't get paid,This guy talked bad about his customer Mr Knox behind his back and mine too. We had to lein his homes because of non payment. Legal action is taking place, Prospect , Kentucky

To respond in more detail to this complaint as this erroneous complaint still lingers online 7 years later.    We used Miles Riggs Electric on various jobs before he did our personal home.   We built our home back in 2011 when the building industry was very slow and contractors did not have alot of work.   My husband had warning signs of his character but now in hindsight, should have never continued using him for electrical services.   75% into the job, Miles invoices started having duplicate charges that he would not address, increased charges that were not agreed on the initital bid/scope of work.  When my husband, who is a builder, questioned him, he literally told us to pay or he will sue us.  Our bid for our entire 4 bedroom home doubled after we asked him to wire our basement with electric outlets and cans.   My husband and him disagreed on the invoices which forced Scott to terminate his services based on his unprofessional, aggressive behavior.  This is when Miles posted this complaint as well as a number of other harassing measures to my husband.   Miles Riggs with his 3rd attorney in 12 months, we finally went to mediation with our attorney from LaGrange.  Granted we had already paid him what was due for his services based on his bid pricing.  Miles Rigg dropped his claim.  

Now even with a mediator decision/order in our favor, Rip Off Report would not remove this complaint which is disparaging and incorrect of my husband's character.  Rip Off Report requests monetary payment to remove any complaint, true or false.  

We had to fire Miles Riggs Electric for his unprofessional and dishonest behavior.  There is no merit to this review.
