Cole Dodge Damaged my vehicle san luis obispo, California

I had some work done here, they scratched the paint, chipped the windshield, and dislodge the grill. They denied any responsibility saying there was too much damage to have happened at one time. They did offer to buff the scratches but stated they were through the clear coat into the primer but no one would "hardy notice" then they offered to fill the chips in the glass with resin but also stated it would continue to crack. I declined any offers they made due to their attempt to blame me for the damage, they were just trying to "help me out". Coincidently there was a magazine from the local glass shop left on my seat, they say the mechanic found it on the ground next to my vehicle and again to "do me a favor" put it in my car.  Screw me once- shame on you, screw me twice- wont happen!!
