Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Courtney Cole is as unprofessional as they come. I watched her videos for a year before making the leap to start her three month credit repair services. I was excited and nervous about hiring someone online. She assured me that she'd begin immediately after the payment went through. What I learned is that there's no incentive for her to start right away. Why? Because the clock starts ticking the day you pay, not the day she begins your case.

Two weeks went by and I never heard from Courtney. In fact, I had to email her as a reminder that I had been awaiting her response.

I received three template letters via email...for $500. In fact, part of it was out of date. The instructions are difficult to read and again, she has no intentions of making it easier on her clients. Instead, she insists that you re-read the instructions whenever things seem unclear and most certainly...do not bother her. After all, you're lucky she's helping you!

No customer service or consideration. Forget being cordial.

There were several back-and-forth emails to be sure I was doing all correctly. Courtney's responses were along these lines: "I don't care", "You're lucky I'm responding", "Don't bother me or I'll stop your services now", "I don't have time for this as my business is now closed since it's 3pm", "I have a baby", etc. You can imagine the tone of the emails. I continually had to ask her to be professional and if business hours were closed to please respond during business hours so that I did not feel berated.

Didn't you receive my $500? Aren't you happy to help a new customer who is interested in purchasing more of your services?

Beware. The clock is ticking for those three months. So, I receive the updated credit reports from all three bureaus on day 20. Excited, I email Courtney and learn that no matter what...she will not take emails before the 40 day mark. Why? Because it benefits her to drag this out. That is the ONLY reason why as this is our first pass. I then email her on day 40 and I don't hear back from her for a week. I follow up and find out that there were pieces of missing information. I resend. One week passes and still no response. I email again. Guess what? I learned that because ALL of my information was not sent in one email on day 40, I lose. In fact, I now must pay another $350 renewal fee in order to obtain the 2nd set of template letters!

People. Please. Save. Your. Money.

Do not get yourself mired in this mess because you will lose. I know, I know...there are tons of testimonials. They got me too. Something isn't adding up.

In the end, you will not be able to get your money back and you will continually have to pay her and receive below average customer service, including unfriendly emails. She will force you to pay her via PayPal personal friends and family or cash deposit at her bank. You will have no recourse either way.

She is a fraud.

Courtney Cole is a LIAR

AUTHOR: - ()

Courtney Cole's rebuttal is completely FALSE.

She does not respond to inquiries in a timely manner and her "instructions" are very unclear. In fact, she ignored my timely emails and then requested I resubmit the same exact emails all over again weeks later, then stating they were "late" and would require an additional fee. Her customer service is obnoxious.

The only reason why she offered to "extend" my services for another fee was because I reported her to PayPal. She insists on being paid by PayPal's FRIENDS & FAMILY to a personal account (no fee and no recourse) or a CASH DEPOSIT at her bank! No business account, credit card payment, or checks accepted. If this doesn't appear scammy, I don't know what will.

I did not have a "fit". I was very concerned because my service was not complete and she was playing games and demanding an additional fee.

Courtney Cole refuses to answer questions (she'll tell you to look it up yourself or that she doesn't have time because she has a baby), does not give thorough information and is incredibly rude and unprofessional. On several occasions, she berated me for emailing her after hours. Huh? I explained on more than one occasion that if her office was closed, she should respond the following day. She has anger issues, folks. Seriously.

I have no idea how she's managed to stay in business for 8 years.

I don't think I need to say more. Buyer beware. Save yourself the money and aggravation and use the letter I posted. It's all you'll get anyway.

FALSE ACCUSATIONS FROM THE FILER

AUTHOR: Cole's Credit - (USA)

There's always two sides to a story. I will be short and sweet. Our terms are when a client's service expires, they have to renew the service and pay for it. This client went past her time of 90 days. The service includes two sets of letters, it is clearly stated that if we aren't notified within a week before the expire date, they must pay to renew the service. Because this client had a total fit because she did not contact us in time, we offered to do the letters for her, she then filed a report and said she would rather report us then have the work done for free. Is this fair? no way.

If anyone has a problem with our services, have the courtesy to email us or call before submitting a report. There's always a resolution to the problem. We have been in business for almost 8 years successfully working with thousands of clients, we have excellent testimonials here http://www.colescreditrepair.ws/testimonials, and all are proven to be authentic. Some people aren't happy or insist on being hateful. We try our best to make sure that all clients are satisfied with our services.

Cole's Full Credit Sweep Letter

AUTHOR: - ()

I thought I'd share the letter I received for their "Full Credit Sweep" that I paid $500 for those who are skeptical of my previous post.

Please use your best judgement and do what you can on your own. This 3-month "Full Credit Sweep" template letter below was not worth the $500 i paid in good faith, along with Courtney's poor treatment. Be sure to get your letter notorized and send it in a full-sized envelope.

Good luck!

#4 Consumer Suggestion

She is a Scam

AUTHOR: louiefoster - (USA)

She has no license to do Credit Repair and her contract is not legal. If you used a credit or debit card do a charge back or contact the FTC .She has done this to many people.  She lives in Sunny Isles Florida and is not Licensed in the State of Florida. Her services can not be performed in the time and mannor she writes them up for. People need to start putting stuff up on her youtube page and her website colescreditrepair.ws and warn other people of the fraud she is committing. She did the same thing to my sister.

Courtney Canceled my Service 6-Days Before it Expired

AUTHOR: - ()

UPDATE:

Courtney Cole canceled my 3-month, 2-part service on August 2nd when it was to exprire on August 8th. She then demanded an additional $350 to complete the 2nd part of my original service after having been paid $500.

I still had 6 days left. I explained this to Courtney in an email. I received a "tough luck" email in response.

I contacted PayPal to file a complaint. They explained to me that she has been investigated for fraud in the past and would look into my concerns and continue monitoring her account. The next day, I received an email from Courtney stating that I was reponsible for her PayPal account being restricted. Really? I wonder why. I'm sure PayPal would not have an issue if you were conducting business properly. I was not the person scamming you, Courtney Cole.

I lost $500. The letter template I received for the credit bureaus was not worth anywhere near that amount. At most possibly $99 on the generous side.

Buyer Beware.

P.S. My Credit Scores

AUTHOR: - ()

I forgot to add my credit scores and thought it was only fair since there are so many great YouTube testimonials.

They did change slightly:

Experian: 619 to 621

Equifax: 590 remained the same

TransUnion: 644 to 651 (they deleted an item that Experian did not)

I'd also suggest looking into this on your own. You may want to start with Winston Shrout at www.wssic.info. He teaches how to reclaim your status, etc., instead of using the Wiccan Witch, Druanna Johnston, that Courtney recently teamed up with! Need I say more?
