Yes, I too WAS an AVON rep! They never had the "paid for" merchandise that I ordered forcing me to lose customers.

I put what LITTLE I did make back into ordering books, supplies and CRAP! I finally decided to get out, because of their mistakes and basically forcing me to order MUCH MORE than needed merchandise, I was in it for about $800.00!!!!

AVON did get my returns but I was still in it that far. Guess who calls me? Yep, ALLIED DATA CORPORATION! The lady scared me so badly that I not only sent them six post-dated checks, but also two money orders for $150.00 each so that my monthly payments wouldn't be so d**n high.

Well, I thought everything was going great until this month (my last payment!) I knew that every one of the post-dated checks that I sent them was for over $84.00.

They usually send me a letter every month before my check is deposited letting me know the day they will take it out and how much my check was for.

.....AND HERE WE GO! This last letter I received said that my check in the amount of $34.00 would be deposited on the scheduled day.

"$34.00!!!" I said to myself. No way, I know d**n well that I didn't write a check for $34.00. ALL of my checks were for $84 and some change.

I called ADC, never announced who I was and didn't have my account number handy.....I was explaining what my letter said when the lady asked....."This is Melissa Pierce, RIGHT?" SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DEAD GIVE AWAY!!!!! She said that yes, she was looking at "my check" and it was only for $34.00.

Today I was cleaning out my file cabnet and found the bill from AVON, with the ADC info, my two money orders, and I had also written down the dates, check numbers, AND AMOUNTS of each check to be deposited!

ALL OF MY CHECKS WERE FOR $84 AND SOME CHANGE........NO WHERE DID I SEE A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $34! I have just enough money in my account to cover the $34 they told me it was, so I called them today to try and MAKE SURE that would be all that was coming out (after all I do have the letter stating that the amount is $34), and they were already closed for the day.

So, I googled ALLIED DATA CORPORATION to see if they had a web site and a way to e-mail them if they had a 24 hour email customer service......................AND THIS RIP OFF POPS UP!!!

Well, that's my story and I will try to keep you guys posted. I guess AVON is getting their money from ADC since I haven't had any calls from AVON since I set up the arrangements.

I will be more than happy to file suit with you on this matter.
