H C Processing hidden fees never disclosed ripoff Springdale Arkansas

I saw an ad on TV for a Bowflex machine, I thought it would be a good thing to have for my family, I ordered the machine and was turned down by company, I was then approved by a second company for the Bowflex. The payments were around thirty dollars per month, I felt that was easily affordable so I accepted the machine when it arrived, after two months I was late 1 day on a payment and the minimum payment went up to $75.00 automatically, I was never informed that the payments would be any higher than thirty.

A collector named Joe started calling me for my payments, I reluctanly agreed that I would make my payments through him when he called every month. this went on for six months he never mentioned to me on the phone that everytime he called me the payment was late and a $29 late fee was being assesed on my account, also he never ever mentioned that there was a $14.00 fee for me to make my payment on the phone with him. This was an absolute rip off. Not to mention the fact that the same machine I paid $2500.00 for was now being advertised for $1300.00, I felt I was taken advantage of and mislead through the whole process.

On memorial day passed my father in law died suddenly and my wife Debbie and I were charged with some of the funeral expenses, when I called HC Credit and tried to postpone my payments they had nothing to say to me but have a nice day, my guess is that when I stop paying for this rip off they will begin calling my friends, relatives and neighbors, if I stop paying for the machine they have my checking account number and routing number logged in to their computers, I would gladly send back the machine, but they told me that they had nothing to do with that, they were a credit company, and I would have to take my compaint to Bowflex directly, I called BowfleX (Nautilis) and they basically said too bad--what do I do?
