College America - Stevens Henager Colleges Misrepresentation and sexual harassment Colorado Springs, Colorado

 Our group feels compelled to inform students of so-called medical teaching schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado, whom we feel should be avoided.  These schools have a reputation for fraud and deception; accreditation issues; censorship of faculty; and/or Internet phishing scams. Students who have graduated from these schools and interviewed by us, state that many employers do not recognize these schools, leaving many unemployed and having to go back to "a real college".

College America is of particular interest. This "for profit" college is of huge concern. Not only are there accreditation issues with its heavy turnover of instructors and inadequately credentialed staff for the degrees they advertise, the CEO of College America in Colorado Springs, Rozann Kunstle, has developed a reputation for censorship and misrepresentation of faculty, and is currently being litigated by students and faculty for negligence, and violation of labor law. The American Association of University Professors is well aware of the practices of this campus and its parent, Stevens Henager Colleges.

In addition, Ms. Kunstle also misrepresents herself to students and faculty alike. Donning the robes and cap of a Doctor, she has not achieved education beyond a bachelors degree, and even this degree is suspect. She is also currently being investigated for sexual harassment of faculty and students. A particular charge of interest to the state of Colorado, is Ms. Kunstle's possible paid use of students to sexually entrap other students. This is obviously a college to avoid completely.
