This company failed to honor their obligations in the contract and failed to honor their own refund policy.  They use stall tactics, require communication by register mail.  They acknowledge receipt by signing but do not respond. When you call, nobody seems to know anything and they pass you around.  Apparently there is not one individual who is the boss / decision maker.  They have aliases and they outright lie.  They won't explain why they will not honor a $950 refund when they have provided no services as defined in the contract agreement.  I am currently seeking an attorney for what I believe is a solid case of wire fraud, as the transaction occurred over the internet across state lines.
