college of business and technology CBT COllege charge for a 16 clasess but only schedule for 8 classes MIAMI GARDENS Florida

when i started my Associate degree i was told that the classes are 8 weeks and 2 classes per week. but now that i am about to finish i was the only student left in the program and for that reason they change form a regular 16 class to a called Independant student, which means only get 8 clases and it is more a tutoring than anything. but still they charge the same amoutn as if i were taken the 16 clases. i dont know if that is right legally but it sure doesnt seem right when its not my fault that the college didnt get more students in the program. and now i have to study on my own and get some tutoring when im supposed to get a full class. and they dont give any other option, is either take the independant student option or wait until someday they get more students.
