COLLEGE PARTY TOURS DERRICK KIRK TOOK $35,000 CASH FROM ME Detroit Michigan

I recently purchased COLLEGEPARTYTOURS.COM I handed Derrick Kirk $35,000 cash in front of attornies during the purchase agreement.  with the contract agreed to by Derrick to provide 23 shows at 18K a show.  He took the money Sept 17, 2017 and we have not seen anything done nor has he followed through with the original contract point of authority.

Turns out after further Investigation there are two more law suits one from an advertising company in Vegas who paid Derrick several thousand dollars and eceived nothing back. And one out of Phoenix AZ for ten thousand under the same circumstances.

Further Investigations show Derrick Kirk is wanted for several warrants out of Vegas and Micjigan, I would be happy to supply that court info.

Derrick also associates and lives with his partner NIKKO an employee at Levy digital onlinein Las Vegas who was present at several meetings, helped facilitate the demise of our efforts o move foreard with Collegepartytours.com.
