Collier Foundation Systems Superior walls Collier foundation Collier foundation installed a new foundation on our house. The foundation was installed over 1.5" out of level on one end. There was also large gaps between the panels. They gap between the frost wall and the wall panels were over 1/2" in size. I could fit my fingers in these gaps. They were supposed to fill the gaps with mortar. They did not. They put a little bit of mortar in the gaps to make it look like it was fixed. They refused to fix it properly and now we are in court trying to get our general contractor who hired them to fix it.  Collier foundation systems was used by our general contractor on our new home. The foundation was installed over 1.5" out of level on one end. There were large gaps between the frost walls and wall panels. They told us they filled the gaps with mortar, but they did not. Collier put a little bit of mortar in the edges of the gaps to give an appearance of it being filled. I used a bore scope camera in the gaps, and the gaps are empty. No mortar at all. They lied. The tops of the panels were at different heights between panels nothing lined up. Collier refused to fix it properly. We are now in court trying to get our general contractor to pay for everything since they hired Collier. We have spent over $100,000 trying to get the general contractor and in lawyers fees.
