Colon Cleanse MD Charged my account twice for $3.95 and then $89.31 for a months supply that I did not want. They refused to refund or cancel the shipment that I did not order. North Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a free sample of Colon Cleanse and agreed to the $3.95 shipping cost. Then about a month later I noticed on my account that I had the second $3.95 charge and a additional $89.31 charge.

I called the telephone number of IPIOF/GREENTEAPILLPOWER. The telephone Number is 801-208-7485. The representive refused to refund the $89.31 charge. When I told her that I would be sending back the pills when I did receive them she said that they did not accept returns. She said that I had not canceled the order within a limited time frame. I had not received the order yet. There was no notice of any type in the free sample. I did not see any type of agreement with the online agreement to receive a free sample.

I informed her that I wanted this cancelled for any further shipments and she agreed to do that. But I am just out of luck on the $81.95 for an order that I did not place and did not want. I tried the samples and could not take the medications. I am very sensitive to medications and that is why I agreed to a free sample. Now I have a whole bottle that I can not use. I will never order anything from this company again!!!!!
