Colon Cure - IP-Nubodi Unauthorized "membership" charges/ no receipts or disclosures given but they say that I signed up for it! SCAM!! North Las Vegas Nevada

IP-Nubodi is one of those companies that trick you into a trial, and then just charge you whatever they want.

I actually got through to them on the phone after 30-minute hold ! The girl I spoke to was rude and the "manager" wouldn't give me his full name (he said, for legal reasons). Both of them said that I must have agreed to their membership somewhere on the web-site (which I never saw).

They wouldn't refund me the money, and very rudely implied that I am stupid for not "remembering" agreeing to their terms. Of course, I don't remember! it's because I didn't !!

When asked why there was no correspondence from them stating my membership, or a receipt of purchase or, at least, welcoming me as a new customer (anything that would give me a chance to know that I am being forced into a "membership"), I was told that that's how they do their business (no e-mails, no letters), and the guy, "Brian", told me "you can do business your way when you open your own company".

So, basically, I was ripped off for 2 monthly "membership fees" (I haven't noticed the first one right away alas) of $89.31, and was denied a refund. I did get the tiny trial bottle (delivered to my neighbor's door, which he gave back to me). When I suggested that I can mail this bottle back to the company if they issue me a refund, they rejected the offer.

Seems like they are proud of the scam operation they are running, and they think they are invincible. I do hope that there are legal measures to be taken here, and that these robbers will not get away with our money!
