Many of our employees are Rotarians, and most of our company is military families. We don't expect everyone to be sunshine and lollipops, but when we make an accusation, we prove it. Can You?

We don't need a judgment to report you to the credit bureau for damage done while you were in possession. We can get one. If this person wants to present their evidence before us, we will humbly review it and go over it with them, and answer all questions.

Your bold statement of "Just another company trying to take advantage of the military" is brash and unfounded. If your allegations are true, and you owe $18,000 to the homeowners for damage you did, reporting us "unjust charges and untimely repairs" will not fill the void of selfishness and irresponsible behavior. It will also not pay the damage you did to the homeowner's house, who is also probably military.
