Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is text book fraud here. Once they get you, no matter how many options they give you to contact them, none of the options prove satisfactory. Webpage offers no cancel options, phone number never,ever gets you to a person oe even a voice mail to leave your message, and Best of all they will not accept returns without a spedial number from them -- because YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM!
Just go ahead and get it overwith- Cancel your card and get a new one. Learn my lesson-- NEVER again.

I am very sorry you were not able to cancel your account, but we do have over 20 call representatives in our call center and we answer calls in the order they are received, and we do have a 30 second hold time and we have extended our hours from 6am to 7pm pacific standard time, and we are now open on weekends also.
